Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
Staying at this hotel is a great experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and just the right size, while the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The location is superb, especially for plane enthusiasts near the City Airport. The dining options are fantastic, setting you up for the day with a lovely meal. However, do consider that parking may come at an additional cost.
The hotel offers basic but clean and comfortable rooms at a very reasonable price. I had a great stay in a lovely, clean, and quiet environment. The facilities are good, and the room was very comfortable.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were relatively large, with a good size comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. However, the extractor fan in the bathroom was noisy, which could be disruptive. The location was excellent for my London visit, but the multiple speed bumps on the exit road were uncomfortable.
The hotel's location is perfect for accessing the O2 arena and central London easily, but it is a bit out of the city center. The rooms are incredibly comfortable but were smaller than expected. The service is friendly and welcoming, although there were some unprofessional incidents during breakfast. The dining experience offers plentiful and varied options, but there was a negative encounter with a staff member. Overall, a convenient choice with some room for improvement.
The hotel is located in an ideal area in West Central London, close to the tube station and Royal Albert Dock. It offers a relaxing setting away from the hustle and bustle, yet provides convenient access to the city. The rooms are well-equipped with special features like ventilation suitable for disabled guests and useful amenities like fans and ironing boards. The service staff members were knowledgeable and helpful with travel information. However, some staff members appeared unhappy, affecting the overall service experience.
I always stay at this hotel when I go to Comic Con at the Excel because of its great location just 2 minutes away. You can even see the O2 from here, providing a fantastic skyline view at night. The only downside is that it's not quiet until midnight and starts up again at 5 am since the room faces that side.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, perfect for me and my family. However, the lack of a phone while checking in and the high price tag left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. On the bright side, the service was top-notch and the location was convenient for our plans.
My stay at the Premier Inn Docklands was absolutely delightful. The rooms were immaculate and spacious, providing a well-thought-out design for a comfortable stay. The service from the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the DLR, offering easy access to the center of London and the O2 arena. However, the dining experience was a bit lacking in terms of variety and service. Overall, a fantastic stay with some minor dining hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though some more attention to cleanliness would be good as there were stains on the walls. The service was friendly and welcoming, but could improve by focusing more on certain details rather than constant check-ins. The location was convenient for accessing London Excel but was a bit noisy due to being right under the railway and flight path. The dining options were limited, but the value for money was good. The facilities were adequate, though there was room for improvement in certain areas.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The room, despite not meeting my warmth expectations, was still clean, spacious, and comfortable for a quick overnight stay. The staff were exceptional and friendly, making my experience enjoyable. The location, although not as far from London's attractions as initially thought, was convenient and accessible. The dining experience, while fantastic in terms of variety and freshness, had an issue with unprofessional service. The facilities were good overall, but there were a few minor drawbacks.
